Came in at 10:30am lots of people waiting to be seated but lots of empty tables. 11am finally got seated—we asked to be seated in a booth because we saw 5 empty booths. They told us NO—we had to sit where they sit us. We ordered and they took forever to bring us out our food. While we were waiting I am counting 13 empty tables and 25 people waiting to be seated— 45 minutes after ordering and we are still waiting for food after 54 minutes and no food we left. Not even an apology for taking long —will definitely not go back. Saw several people waiting and still so many empty tables. Horrible

Worse place ever. The amount of scramble egg is too little for 2 eggs. Didn't get the strawberries even though I paid extra for it. Waited longer than the pickup time. Had to come inside for curbside. No one picked up the phone. The employees were so rude.

I got a "to-go" order on a packed Sunday morning recently. It only took them about 15 minutes to get my food but my 4 blue berry pancakes were missing!! I didn't notice till I got home. I'm still giving them 5 stars. The rest of the food was delicious and their counter people were excellent.

I ordered for curbside they took 30 minutes to bring my order out. I ordered New York cheesecake pancakes and received plain pancakes no strawberries or whip cream. Also ordered strawberry banana French toast and got French toast with no strawberries. Over all I wasn’t satisfied with my order. I had to stop by Walmart to buy syrup because they didn’t give me any syrup to go with my order!!!
