Everything was great! Except the restaurant was severely understaffed. Corporate should be ashamed. Pay your staff more. Then you'll have employees. Then you can have more business. I feel bad for them having to work so hard and some customers were completely rude! This lady stood up and came over and interrupted our server who was asking us if we'd like water and dropping off menus. Point is, 5 star for the employees. But no stars for the company.

Horrible experience. The Manager only talked to us 1 time. We had to wait over 10 minutes just to get silverware after our food was brought to us. Our food was not hot or even really warm, it was kinda warm but borderline cold. Ordered a beer when we 1st sat down and hot it after the food was brought to us. Asked the manager for a couple things and he disappeared and never came back. I normally eat here 2-3 times a month and I am not sure if I will go back. So many things went wrong and I am highly disappointed at how terrible the service and all is going at this Buffalo Wild Wings

Sat for 10 minutes when I was finally told by the waitress that she was too busy to serve me because she had other tables she was busy with. I looked around and saw 2 other tables occupied. She told me if wanted faster service to go sit at the bar. This not how you handle customers under any circumstances. So I obliged them by taking my business elsewhere. I am very patient and understanding with wait staff that is overworked yet courteous, and also a generous tipper. They missed out. I realize good wait staff is hard to find since our government is paying people to not be employed. But don't expect to keep business with this type of staff.

Very disappointed in the lack of customer service and quality control of the food. Ordered boneless Buffalo wings and it seems they threw the wings in the box and poured the sauce over it. Wedges were over cooked and tasted stale. The wings were cold and they refused to redo the order. Requested the manager and never talked to them after waiting 30 minutes. Needless to say, very disappointed and not happy!
