Be careful when returning items check your receipt this last time I was there I was charged twice for an item that I was trying to return and I called management who didn't have a clue what I was talking about even after I told them all the details I called my bank to dispute the charge the next morning I wake up and my bank account is okay so I'm thinking that maybe Kohl's finally figured it out

I had a mixed experience. It was my first visit & I didn't know the store layout. Internet said they had what I needed in stock. First worker started walking me to back of store to find my item. I stopped his escort halfway - - once I saw the overhead signs. I spent 20 minutes searching so asked help from the service desk in the back. She was terribly rude "If we have it then it would be out". Refused to answer which shelf it would be on since I couldn't see it. All I could get was a dismissive wave of the hand. NO customers in line. 3 staff behind the counter. I felt like returning to the website in my car & ordering for curbside pickup. Skipped that & just bought it from a friendly store. Edited: THANK YOU Kohl's customer service for reaching out about my experience. Everyone has an off day. I understand. I could have asked for a manager, but my energy was low after shopping to no avail. I'll return next time I have a need and hope for best assistance from the service department.
