They charged me $190 to change a tail light bulb. They should have let me know the cost before doing the work so I could have gone elsewhere. I’ve had a bulb changed before and it only costs $40. This is my first time ever leaving a small business a bad review. But they took advantage of me because I’m from out of town. 👎

The folks at Hotchkiss Auto got me in and my Jeep taken care of unexpectedly quick. Don't usually expect such quick service knowing how busy they are. That, their convenient location and professional service is worth 5 stars!

These guys go over-and-beyond what any other auto mechanic shop will do to help their customers. I've had to phone them a variety of times since we have had several vehicles, including kids cars, and Ray and his crew were delightful to work with every time. He is very knowledgeable on American and import vehicles and does a great job at an affordable price.
