Every other time I visited this IHOP I never had any issues... But the other night when I visited IHOP for dinner, I stood in the front waiting to be seated and no one ever came to the front register to seat me and my guest... We could clearly hear employees in the back or the kitchen (or w/e) and so we started saying, "hello?... HELLO?.. HELLO!?", and nothing... Nobody answered us or ever came to the front to seat us. So I must say... we were VERY disappointed after experiencing this and will probably never return to that location again. Thumbs down!

Very bad service. We got ignored for more than 15min, while another grup of people got their orders take even when they got in 10 min after us. I had to stand up and request for the manager. How come the waitress ignored us for that long when she was serving that table infront of us. 7/03/22 at 12:15 pm.

I’ve came to this IHOP for many years and have always had a good or decent experience. This last time I went was a little disappointing, the whole restaurant was empty and yet they still decided to sit is right next to the kitchen area. The coffee was cold! But I can’t really basic so much off that one experience because the mini other time that I’ve been there I can’t complain.
