i came to great clips and i was enthusiastically by cheerful employees who clearly knew what they were doing. Ashlyn was my stylist and she perfectly cleaned up a terrible haircut that i had gotten at supercuts. Ashlyn was kind and professional, asking me specific questions about the style and lengths i wanted, and she made one of my worst haircuts into on of the best! thanks ashlyn!!

I took my son in to get his haircut on Tuesday. I told the girl I had a coupon and was told that it didn’t expire. She said it was, and they couldn’t accept it. Then took my son back. I pulled up my phone to look for a different coupon. The girl started cutting. She never asked me how to cut it, only asking my son. He didn’t understand what she was talking about. I looked up to see that she was doing her own thing. I asked what she was doing. She said she was going off the notes in the computer. I told her that’s not what he wanted and tried to explain but she continued cutting. When she finished, I again tried to explain that this was not what my son wanted and she never gave me the opportunity to say how to cut it. She said that he could still have the same “look” with this haircut. Unfortunately, we have found that he cannot. He said he never wants this girl to touch his hair again. Totally disappointed!
