Probably one of the worst haircuts I've ever gotten. Honestly. I asked for layers in the back and she gave a a bowl cut and shaved the back. I had pretty long hair. The layers were definitely possible. Really bad.

I've been getting my hair cut at Great Clips for 6 years now. Well not anymore after how they refused my business. I called to make an appointment, but they refused to give me an appointment via telephone. They demanded that I do it online or through their app. That I needed to jump through hoops to get their service, when they have me on the phone wanting to make an appointment. Guess what, some people don't have internet or cell phones. And some people like me are a little old fashioned and like to make an appointment by telephone. Well you just lost my business from my family and me forever. Congratulations, when your twiddling your thumbs waiting for a customer, remember how you turned customers away. Definitely not the best way to treat customers and grow a business. P.S., this is a small rural community where word of mouth of businesses goes further. You can be certain, that I will share my negative experience with others not only online but to my friends and neighbors. Again congratulations.
