Excellent dog park, lots of room to run, An agility course, separate area for small puppers and people keep the park nice and clean. The parking lot is in pretty rough shape and the humans restroom is always in pretty rough condition. I would also add that there isn't a lot of trees for shade here, but they have planted trees so it's just a matter of time. All around a pretty good dog park for the dogs, better amenities for the humans would bring it to 5 stars.

My dogs love this place. They start howling to let the other dogs know they're coming as soon as we round the bend. Lol. People can hear us coming a mile away. Yes, we have hound dogs. They're very vocal and passionate dogs!

I've been taking my 8 month old puppy here for the past few weeks to get her socialized. So far, it's been a nice experience. I've met pretty nice people along with their awesome dogs. I've heard from one person that aggressive dogs show up sometimes, but I have yet to see that. The park is also clean (except when people don't pick up after their dogs sometimes), has plastic pools for the dogs to cool themselves in, and a small stone trail to walk around in the bigger fenced-in area. There's also water buckets for the dogs, but they are usually pretty dirty. I usually bring my own water and bowl for my pup anyway. The only things that I don't like about this place is it's location and how they need cleaner bathrooms. The smell of the wood dust doesn't help sometimes and the park's right next to a rail yard (though I love trains so it doesn't bother me much). I definitely recommend this place!

Seems to vary. But noon to 4 is pretty safe bet. Or any time on weekends.
Yes, in the large dog area. It's all free.
Do a Google search on Gearhart dog park, and scroll down on the results on the first page. There should be a directions tab for google maps and it will tell you if you add your home in the start from or end point.
Yes there is two fenced in areas there one smaller and one bigger with water buckets and the bigger one has a covered area inside but my dog loves to run there.
