I park here often with commuting to Seattle every day for work and recently had an issue where I paid for parking in one zone before I knew it was closed for the day so I parked in another open zone and paid for that too so I could avoid a ticket. They contacted me to find out why I paid for two zones and after explaining they kindly refund one of the payments without any issues. Thanks for being a great place to park and the great service.

There were barely any cars in the bottom lot so plenty of parking. It could use better lighting and like everything else the cost just keeps rising but no other issues besides that.

They have no customer contact which is extremely frustrating should they decide to write you a ticket for no reason. I shouldn’t have to pay for postage to resolve a problem that they created. The ticket is written on an envelope with a return address and that is all the info you are given. It states if it is not paid in 14 days it is sent to collections. So if I don’t have the time to clean up after their messes in the next 14 days, I have to deal with disputing a debt? Paid for parking with the application (Passport) that is recommended on their website, and on the signs at the parking garage, and still got a parking ticket. I have temporary plates as I just purchased the car. Passport clearly states in their FAQ to enter the last 6 of your vin for the license plate if you do not have plates, which I have been doing and have yet to receive a ticket until today. Hand written on the ticket is “no license plate in app”… well there isn’t a license plate on my car either and that should’ve clued them in. There is also a license plate number written on the ticket, that clearly is not mine. Someone at their company wasn’t trained properly and now I’m paying for it with my own time. No phone number or email to contact.

Have been parking there for 8 years on and off. I have paid for wrong spot multiple times over the years and have called to resolve tickets, paid for the wrong spot today was towed, I was one number off. I used the app.. Manager said I paid for the wrong floor it isn't his responsibility to check my plate to see if I paid before towing. Usually takes a long time to pay at kiosk, roof top parking has lots of pot holes. Homeless sleep in the stairwells. Very expensive parking. Other than that it's great.

It's a private parking ticket. Contact the vendor (Parking garage Co ) as that is who you pay,,,,,not the city

Middle floor and upper floor have ticket machines. Also use the passport app
$6 for 1 hour. $7 for 2-4 hrs. $9 for 12-15 hours and $15 for 24 hrs. Park there everyday for work. Prices do not change.
