I’ve used hertz before in locally.. in let’s just say it rhymes with “cord-fan” Ohio and it was the most awful experience so much so, I felt traumatized and avoided car rental options at all costs. Needless to say, this time, the process was effortless and all around pleasant. Everyone from the driver, the gentlemen on the phone, the worker who actually processed everything—Stellar experience and will now be my go to :)

The staff was friendly and the young man that helped me was very professional and waited 10 minutes for me to arrive from out of town with my rental car!! I will use them again soon and would recommend them over the other rental car businesses. You will have a good experience with them!

The place was overbooked.but we drove a beautiful car down. From Nile Ohio to killeen Texas. We got the extra insurance thank goodness. Our bumper tore off. Always pay for extra insurance saved us $1,000. Wonderful people in the Youngstown enterprise. We defiantly will be back.
