Austin is an absolute god send, I had to switch carriers after a week of being told that my original carrier couldn’t do anything for me. He was so nice and helpful and the whole process took like 10 minutes! Love that guy, king energy

Store always closed , I stopped by on 10/23/21 during the work hours - no one there… been waiting for about an hour , still no one. Keep calling no one answered, came again yesterday 10/26/21 nobody again… seems like they not operating anymore. Must drive to Kittanning store - they helped me a lot, sighed me up for EBB that I never knew from Clarion people , now my bill $5 a month only for everything unlimited !!!

My phone isn’t working so I went to the Clarion Cricket store at lunchtime today. Was supposed to be open at 10:00am. Store was closed with a clock on the door said back at 2:00. Went back at 2:50, store still closed with clock changed to 3:00. That’s great customer service right there.

I can't help with that. That's a technical support question.
It has to be a GSM capable of phone for it to work on Cricket(AT&T) network. It will say on the box from the phone which network it uses. Like CDMA-V for Verizon, or GSM-A for AT&T.
I would be taking the device back after I removed the battery, if you have that option.
