1st time there. Loved the way they prepare chicken, very good. Manager comes around to check on you. Like it's an exclusive place. It was nice.

Lines go by fast. Workers, as expected, very good with customers. Food portioning is small compared to the southern canes.

Maybe this is a bad way to put it but this canes hasn't messed up any of my orders yet 🤣. Last time I was in the drive thru, 10 cars deep, and I was out with food in less than 10 minutes. This is truly a remarkable accomplishment. The food was so hot and fresh.

DO NOT COME TO THIS CANES!!! I love canes but I am very disappointed. I asked for EXTRA CRISPY fries, they were really soggy. My “toast” was not toasted! Asked for a 3 finger combo, they were really tiny. Asked for LOTS of ketchup and hot sauce for 2 meals and only got 1 packet of ketchup and 3 packets of hot sauce. I know I ordered my food late at night but that does not excuse any of this. I ended up throwing all my food away. Did not enjoy it.... Not worth coming here and spending your money! I will never come back again.
