Ordered threw drive threw said they had no dark meat, would white be ok? Said sure, get to the pick up window said there was an upcharge (which they said nothing about). KFC expensive enough... Just got our of hip surgery wanted grab and go home.Manager rude good place to get a runaround

We picked up a to-go order on our way home from the hospital. Despite requesting no wings, we received wings. The sides were wrong. By the time we opened the order, we're three hours away. They don't care about customer service.

The drive thru at kittanning Pa is so slow. Took 20 mins to get a sandwich and drink.

Ordered a mobile order, but they don't do curbside or allow you to pick up at the drive thru window. You actually have to get out your car and go inside. The good store in a shelf system , no heat , cold food. Staff was very interesting. Over half the tables were dirty. Wish I could have enjoyed a my mobile order in my mobile instead of being subject to a filthy dining room
