First let me say, I have been a customer for years. It is my go to gift for every occasion, even for family in NY. The last couple of times I was disappointed! When you're spending $100+ for a fruit gift, you want it to look and taste good. We had it come smelling like the person who put it together did it in a bar, It smelled so much like cigarette smoke. This last time it was 95 degrees outside and very humid. It was delivered without refrigeration and not in a thermal bag so the chocolate strawberries were melting on the rest of the fruit and no fruit was cold. I wouldn't have been so upset if it was in a thermal bag. When my daughter got the call that it was delivered she was down the road (5 mins away) and got right home. But she could've taken her time because the damage was already done. Too expensive for this kind of handling. What happened to the care and quality?? I gave 2 stars because the melons weren't mush this time.

Second time I’ve ordered something from then and paid to have things added on (balloons, chocolate) and it was forgotten. Today my delivery was not only missing the balloon, but it was missing something that was part of the package. Says they close at 5, tried calling at 4:40 to talk to someone and no one answered. Wouldn’t be a big deal but like I said this is the second time things were missing so essentially I paid $36 for some cookies and 6 pieces of fruit…

Purchase not at all worth it, nothing even close to the picture. Wrote an email and got no response. Very dissatisfied!!! Wont purchase again. Edible arrangements responded they wanted to make it better. Called the number several days ago. Still waiting for a call back. Really don't think they care. Will never use them again.

I have used this store often to deliver chocolate covered strawberries to my elderly mother. They are always so big and fresh -- delicious. I called last week to order 2 dozen chocolate covered strawberries for a local pharmacy that has been working very hard to vaccinate local elderly patients with the Covid vaccine. Not only did the manager promptly agree, but she delivered them several hours later, the same day, and offered to provide them gratis for all the good this pharmacy has been doing for the community. That's excellent service! Much appreciated.
