Only has vanilla ice cream no biggie but we were asked to wait a minute again no biggie -except they weren’t busy and we sat for 10 minutes waiting without another interaction before giving up leaving driving to a different location.

We literally waited 25 min for two burgers and two fries. It’s like they completely forgot the lobby and only focused on the drive through. Many people waited over ten min for just a single ice cream cone.

Pretty slow to get food but seemed understaffed. Food was nice and hot when we got it just slow. Everything is crazy these times so can't really blame the restaurant. Nice clean dining area.

This place has made VAST improvements over the past few months. The staff honestly used to be grumpy and rude, borderline mean, literally acted like I was an inconvenience to them…. The staff now is 99% of the time smiling, pleasant and helpful. The store is night and day difference with cleanliness. When I’m there, I ALWAYS see the workers cleaning the machines/tables/countertops/etc. Food is a better quality, always tastes freshly made and prepared, whereas this time last year I wouldn’t be surprised to receive only overcooked and undercooked food in my bag. A few weeks ago I did have to wait a bit longer than normal on my order and so they asked me to park off to the side and wait for my order to bring it out to me. When she brought it out she was so friendly and professional …. She apologized for the long wait, and then gave me two coupons with a handwritten note on them. She thanked me for being patient and apologized again. Now THAT is fantastic customer service! Once again, VAST improvements and keep up the good work!
