This appointment made me realize I've never had a proper massage in my life. Due to stress and moving I was having major lower back pain and reached out and booked the earliest appointment which was next day. Justin was amazing! I was apprehensious about booking in a new place but this has been the most productive and muscle relaxing massage I have ever had. He asked the areas of focus and gave a custom type of myofacial massage that stretched out areas that I didn't even know were connected to my lower back. He gave a recommendation for how to stretch daily to help with the knots that were twisting my back. Every area he focused on instantly felt a lack of pain that I didn't even know I was holding. Definitely booking this as often as my bank account will allow!
