Customer service is lacking at this point. I ordered one thing and tried to order an additional at window. I was told they were too busy to add to orders. I checked my order and was missing the item. Returned to line and reordered missing.. they thought they were doing me a favor.

I dont know if the crew right now hates there job, 2/14/22 @ 6:30pm but they gave us cold food and stale fries. We go to these places to purchase fresh hot food. And seems like around this time when we go, we get cold stale food. I am pregnant and that is dangerous for anyone. Keeping my receipt just in case I get food poisoning.
