Even if u place a portal order it still isn't ready when u get there, I waited another 25mins past the latest time it said it'd b ready, and the staff act as if ur invisible!

Got 2 deep dish pizzas just now n I'll never go back to that location for pizza again. The dough smells bad took a bite tasted sour the cheese was burnt n the pizza was doughy in the middle just awful pizza never again from the Morgantown street location

A parent!! A parent sent their kids in to order pizza and the employees accepted it and sold them food. Mother did not enter the business at all, sat in her car! Management needs to get involved and employees need written up or fired.
