Absolutely trash. This place "doesn't have to answer your calls" and 9/10 they won't. I had an appointment I scheaduled 3 months back. I call to try and confirm the the time the week of the exam. No answer and the bmv won't help you either. I went to Ohio.bmv.gov to try and find my exam date and instead all it did was schedule me all the way in hamilton. Batavia is already far enough for me. Also the lady at the bmv was really rude. And I called the drivers exam station as well but no luck. They won't answer you.

My son took his driving test yesterday and he had the short, tan, RBF woman. Examiner #n047,13 or 704713, it's hard to read her writing. We were hoping for the guy because he is always friendly and he was the examiner for our 2 oldest children. This woman was rude from the second we walked in, as she always is, and God forbid she actually smile. I didn't realize rudeness and intimidation were part of the job requirements. She proceeded to complain that my son parked in the shade on a 95 degree day in a black car with black interior and no air conditioning, I guess because she had to walk further. He was doing this so his steering wheel wouldn't be blazing hot when he got back in the car to take the test. She was grumpy and rude through the entire examination but the icing on the cake is when she failed him on the driving portion because he was proceeding on the green arrow in town. She yelled for him to stop and said he had to yield even if he had the green arrow......what?? In what world do you yield when you have the green arrow? He even asked her again, "so you mean I have to yield/stop even when I have the green arrow?" She said yes. This was very confusing to him. The other side was stopped because duh they have a red light. So on their way back when he had a green light, not arrow, he slowed and made sure it was clear before turning and she said he took too long. This doesn't make sense. So yield/stop for a green arrow but turn on green with traffic coming?? But she had already failed him at this point anyway. Wouldn't you want the person driving you in a car to be comfortable and relaxed?? The guy who works there always makes sure the customer is relaxed and tries to help the person taking the test, not hinder them. Does this woman enjoy failing people? My son is almost 19 and has been waiting to get his license due to anxiety, well she just made it 10 times worse. After the driving portion he was so confused and anxious that he failed the maneuverability test too, and he is always perfect during practice. When/if he ever goes back, he will refuse to have her as the examiner. I would report her but I have heard it does nothing. I know other people have had to complain and she obviously still works there. I just think this is ridiculous. She needs to be better at customer service...and her paper said "customer" so yes it is customer service. Or better yet she should be fired.

The people here are extremely hateful and forget customer service how dare you inconvenience them by needing to meet state requirements to stay legal

I went to this location for my motorcycle skills test today and the experience was straightforward and efficient. The staff was fast and friendly and the testing surface was smooth, level, clean, and well marked. I went about mid-day on a week day so there were very few people there except for other riders testing. If you practice beforehand and bring the proper documentation, this location will meet your needs flawlessly.
