Our electric was out due to a tornado and needed to stay in a hotel. The room was beautiful! It was like an apartment! Had a full kitchen with a small table. The living room had a sofa bed with a tv and the bedroom had a king size bed with a tv. My kids loved the indoor swimming pool and small basketball court outside. Breakfast in the morning was good. We loved our stay here!

My room was not cleaned for a 10 days stretch and the front desk told me that they only clean the room once a week and that is Tuesday. They somehow forgot to clean it last week. So I asked to get it cleaned the next day after I complained. They said that they have rescheduled it to next day. But no one showed up and when I called the front desk, he said that she forgot to update the cleaning schedule for me, so my cleaning will happen only on Tuesday. So I had to wait. This was one of the worst experiences.

Terribly firm mattress! We looooved this place. If the bed wasn't SO extremely hard and uncomfortable, this place would have got 5 stars! Very clean, spacious, friendly staff, excellent area for dogs to go outside with poop bags and trash can. The shower was super awesome too. But.... the mattress was soo hard.. it was literally hard to sleep on that mattress. If they change to a softer mattress, we'd definitely come back!

They don’t deserve the one star. The suite was booked for 6. Two queen beds and a pull out sofa. No pillow available for the sofa bed for an hour and the. We were advised only one was allowed. We had to ask for more towels and soap. The pull out was covered in crumbs and shoe prints. The breakfast closed 30 min early and staff did nothing to help guest check in. For a new hotel I am really surprised how bad this was. For a Hilton..just shocked. Would never recommend
