Very disappointing experience after having someone recommend this restaurant to us. The server kept forgetting things and got one of the orders incorrect. The bread is just plain bread and butter...why no garlic bread in an Italian restaurant? My seafood dish included clams and I finally quit eating after biting into pieces of shell several times. One in our party had lasagna that was disappointing. If you are not able to get basic lasagna right you might as well give up. Another in our party had the gorgonzola steak and the cut of meat was very poor. The desserts sounded good but we did not dare try them after the disappointing entrees.

Came here to have a date night with my husband. We were seated and our waitress never came to our table. 10 minutes we arrived another group was seated next to us and the server came and attended them right away. We were so close to that table that we heard the servers name when she introduced herself. (Harmony) She took their order and then went to another table behind us. Still never approached us. We were only one of three tables in her section. We were also the only people of color in the entire restaurant. We left after 20 minutes of being ignored by Harmony. On our way out I let the hostess know and she said sorry guys and didn’t try to help us. It was extremely disappointing and hurtful to be treated this way in a city as diverse as Federal Way. Wish things had went differently.

The food was delicious. Very fresh and great flavor. The website with the menu on it was challenging so I had to call in and order. Also the nightly specials are only for those who dine in. Seems like if you are willing to order those should be an option as well.

Wow I have live in the area for 50 yrs and I have drove past Vince’s and never stoped until today. Great waiter Josiah recommended the spaghetti with the perfect meatballs and a glass of Malbec .. great service, the spaghetti was hot with an incredibly flavorful sauce!! I’ll be back!!

They're great. When you arrive, you pay and sign with a pen that's been sanitized (there's a jar with clean pens and a jar with used pens), then they set your food in a designated spot. They also don't allow more than a few people inside at one time. No complaints with the way they're handling the pandemic.
Wednesday at 7 pm and the Rock and roll Bingo Tuesdays at 6 p.m.
