O'Charley's used to be a reliable spot for me but last night I was really disappointed. The rolls were small and underbaked, the potato soup (a favorite of mine) was bland except for a slight soap taste, and the premium Mac and cheese was uneaten after a few bites. Dry pasts with some shredded cheese sprinkled on top. The chicken tenders were what I remembered...good flavor (and the sauces they now offer were great).our server was good and the restaurant looked clean. It was incredibly disappointing how far this restaurant has fallen in food quality.

It's a more upper class place table served employees are great. Prices are in my budget but we never been there and just had to try I order the rib eye steak 27 bucks and wasn't happy with it what so ever size was ok but it was nothing but fat, dry I mean it just wasn't worth 30 bucks. My husbands top brown/new York strip and it was great.. baby back ribs are awesome I would go back... prolly for burgers though. Restrooms smelt so amazing felt clean.

Usually come here every Monday for lunch with a friend. Every time I order my rare steak it is cooked to perfection and the draft beer is always cold. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The tables and restaurant is always clean. I will definitely continue coming here for my weekly steak and beer for lunch.

O’charleys manages a diabolical ghost kitchen filed as the trademark name of Underground Chucks. Your food is delivered by private parties(we used door dash) and tracing its origin requires investigation. We ordered 6 burgers that cost over one hundred dollars. Interestingly enough- some ghost kitchens sub the cooked food out- but O’charleys has the food processed for Underground Chucks at their Florence, Ky location and then trains their staff and management to deny any association to the said menu most likely because of embarrassment over the quality of this refuse. Shame on you. Behold- The Bayou Burger!!! A burger with seasoned tater tots, Cajun seasonings with Cajun mayo with cheese sauce. The Matterhorn, Swiss cheese, Smokey bacon, sautéed mushrooms, fried onion tanglers.
