I went to the Galbraith Road location and the doors were locked!! I went through the drive thru and I was told they did not have any "hot & ready" pizzas like they advertise, they had a big order and it was going to be a 35-40 min wait!! This place is a joke!!

Didn’t have anything I ordered due to not having it … okay … then gunna replace it with everything way cheaper and not offer any money or refund or extra items …. Then hands me this . The one crazy bread is hard af with nothing on top of it . The other looks like they dabs some seasoning on it . Where is my cheese on my pizza ?!? I’ve never been so mad about a food order in my life . And can’t refund me my money cuz it was an online order ?! What ?!?

I've been outside waiting with 4 other customers for our orders, the inside isn't open it's been closed forever, I only ordered cheese sticks and it's been 20 minutes now and of its 82 and I'm going to run my car with gas prices sky high. It looks like the manager walked in while we were waiting because he had keys but we're still waiting oh comes my order now got how and after getting home I had to throw my dried up order away, waited all that time for nit a fresh order, but it looked like whoever went inside the door had to salvageable leftovers to get out the door in order to get the crowd down because it was getting kinda crowded outside, the only fresh item on the pepperoni cheesy bread sticks was the parmesan cheese sprinkled on top, I could smell that on top of the non melted cheesy bread sticks. Bawhahahaha Hopefully everyone else didn't have a similar experience.

Love their Chicken wings with the honey bbq sauce it will make you lick the bowl clean. The crazy bead is ready good too with the pizza sauce. I'm not a fan of the pizza but the price is really great at $5. They are definitely understaff right now, so the wait time is extremely long and their hours have changed so now they close by 7pm.
