have been coming here for a while and always had a great experience. my used to be preferred choice over the nearby by dockside dispensary. just bought 2 cartridge batteries the other day and one was defective. was told if they didn’t work i could come back within 3 days to return/exchange. one of the battery pack was defective and didn’t work. when i came to return it, immediately off the bat within less than 2 minutes of entering the store, an already agitated employee rudely interjected claiming i couldn’t return the defective battery to the dispensaries when i’ve definitely done so before at other dispensaries. all that i’ve spent here and 000s more i would’ve spent all torched over a cheap $25 battery. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

I bought a gram of wax that just didn’t get me high. This has never happened before so I look at the label and these guys sold me a gram packaged 10 months ago!! I paid 30$ a gram for old stale wax. These guys are the worst dispensary in Seattle hands down and when your bad, it’s hard to fix the issue because customers will not come in. Small cluttered and messy. Save 5-10$ by going to the reef for better products. Haha I’m convinced this dispensary is a troll.

I have been coming here for about 3 months. Each time has been wonderful. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The prices are competitive to the market. I would highly recommend to anyone in the University District area. Out of all the staff, I found that Shelby was my favorite. She is very personable and reliable to suggest great products.

We came in from outta town. We have been here a few times. It's always hit or miss with the staff. But today! It was great, the gentleman at the door was very polite and friendly compared to before. We needed guidance to say the least, Malcolm helped us. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Looking forward to next time.
