They sold me a fridge that was supposed to have an ice maker...it didn't. It took over 2 months, multiple calls (many of them never returned) and multiple trips back to talk directly with management to get any resolution. I was lied to, ignored and given a general run around. Their delivery company was even worse. Showed up 2.5 hours past the scheduled time of 8-12, didn't even know how to switch the doors from right to left hinge and took over an hour to do so, dented the doors in 2 places, tracked mud through the house and tore up my yard, left the top cover piece not put on right so it was crooked, tore a strip off the side of my countertop and tried to hide it under the fridge, left trash in the road and driveway, and were generally rude to me. Then the dishwasher I had ordered the same day also was delivered rather late, so the installation was rushed, and apparently not done right either, as after a few uses, I had water in my son's bedroom below it and a water stain on the ceiling. But they refused to fix any of that either. The tech that came out to check it straight up lied to me about what he'd report so I would get a replacement... when I called to see when I'd get the replacement (I was told they'd call me about it but they never did), the person said they hadn't found anything wrong, and they wouldn't do any repairs. My guess is the tech found the leak, and tightened it up while I wasn't looking, then lied that nothing was wrong. There is literally no where else that leak could have come from...I even had another contractor (who's doing a bathroom remodel for me) check before and after their tech came out, and they agreed the dishwasher was the only possible explanation.

Running a school garden and needed help at the pro desk to use our purchase order. The whole pro desk team was amazing, always took care of us. Even pulled things for us since it was only us two 115lb teachers getting all the building materials.

Purchased 4 Tomato plants and 2 Boston Fern hanging baskets. Checkout was very busy so took my purchases inside and did my own checkout. Done in a breeze.
