Sent my move out bill to collections a month after I paid, which I received a receipt for, and offered “no idea why” as an explanation. Not to mention management will smile in your face and then slap you with an eviction notice the next day, seen it so many times. They will purposely listen outside open windows and doors for reasons to evict people, they’re disrespectful and unhelpful and act like they’re so much better and any resident is below them.

I have been living in this apartment complex for over 2 years now and im happy. The staff is helpful and friendly, the apartments are fair priced, and comfortable to live in with updated appliances. My only complaint is that the bathrooms are small and unfortunately located in the master bedrooms for 1 bedroom units. I don't particularly like that friends and company have to walk through my bedroom to use the bathroom.

Serene scenery, peaceful atmosphere. Good rent rates for stylish property, but many residents wish there was a way to block the large skylight during hot, sunny summers. Good community. The main building is sometimes used to host events. It includes a small gym, a TV room, and an outdoor pool.

Cove East is a nice place. The residents (particularly the ones who smoke and gossip) make the experience less enjoyable. These snobs are obnoxious and think they are better than everyone else. I agree with Ben, These parasites are superficial in the extreme. They do look like they are following a script. It makes me want to throw up overhearing their pointless conversations. All the while flipping the hair every second because trying to be perfect comes with a little insecurity. But we just take another puff and reset the clock. Scan the area for movement, watch people, judge those who are different than us... They are weak alone, but feel strong together. They look like they don't know what to do with themselves when they are alone. It is kind of funny, kind of sad. That's it bury your head in your phone. Must get stimulation somehow. All this cigarettes and coffee has me going crazy inside. Must find attention. Need to feel liked and loved. Must find more bullshit to talk about. You are all diseased. I hope you all get Cancer.
