These guys lie. Was trying to apply for an apartment here, and they said I was overqualified. I asked for more explanation, and they said I made 26some thousand a year. I did the math, and even putting in my highest paycheck I have gotten, it only came out to 21some thousand.

Lived here 15 years, I've never had trouble with things being fixed, like being close to stores, they are runned down need a paint job,last company did a bad job.rents way to high .area has changed more crime and homeless around now, Brementon has go down hill since I first moved here. in 2004.

Our problems are never addressed and handled efficiently. The parking permit rule is a joke and the sketchy people that walk around here are super creepy. If there's a problem you may as well ignore it cause viewcrest is going to.

Way too much money for such a run down cess pool. They up rent but fix nothing, and when they do it takes them forever and a day to get to doing it. Infested with ants. If you knew what West Park looked like its almost there. Drug ridden. Homeless people everywhere. They park there cars in the back parking lots and never seem to go away. I might be wrong but it doesn't seem like management does a lot about that. Not allowed to have anything on your back porch if you have one unless you have money and can afford patio furniture. So no chairs unless you can afford the good outdoor ones. All the water spickits are broken so you can't use them unless you jurryrig it. So if there's a fire hope to god the fire extinguishers work because they don't ever replace them over time and you can't use a hose because they busted the knobs off. Oh and last but not lease, neighbors. Those are fun around here. If you ever move in you'll find out just how fun they really can be. Never seen so many snakes in winter.🐍
