The blonde that checked us out and did my work-shoe exchange showed us minimal responses to our questions and seemed to have a nasty attitude for reasons’ not caused by us and also unbeknown to us as well. Not typical for me to complain about employee attitudes but hers’ was just too ugly to go unannounced.

I am reading two different Facebook posts where the store employees stole customers shoes while tiding up. Two people left with only one shoe. Though funny, com’on. Is there an underground used shoe ring going on in northeast Ohio?!?😂🤣😆

Order dress shoes in a bag online bag was there the very next day the shoe still hadn't come so I called the store and the girl working Taylor took my name and number and said well I'll contact them and see what's going on how to make a long story short I guess they want shipped out because they were damaged so she had the girl take them off my account directly had called me back and told me I could come in and she save me 15% on anything I want it in the store or the shoes were for a wedding they went above and beyond I've never met a team that works so hard to get exactly what I wanted and I would like to thank Brooke for everything that she did

I went into the store picking up an online order. The cashier asked me if I would like to try the shoe size on. I replied yes. After trying on both pairs I realized one was a tad bit small. I went back to the same cashier and requested to exchange same pair but a half size bigger. Instead of completing an exchange she canceled my order and then told me I would have to buy the same pair of shoes again. Since I left my card at home I was told they could put the shoe on hold until I come back. I live 30 min away and had an appointment the next day. Not once did I get an apology. I do not recommend any go in that store with intent of having good costumer service.
