I worked directly with Kim in scheduling a fire extinguisher training session at my company and she was extremely helpful through and through, even in the midst of a whole bunch of schedule changes. She was able to book a training session that fit my schedule and even followed up with me to make sure everything went as planned. Our trainer Steve was awesome too and even took time out after the training to service a few of the fire extinguishers in our warehouse and provide us with some new ones! Highly recommend their service - extremely helpful and friendly people! They will definitely be my first point of contact from here on out for anything fire extinguisher related.
