Staff were very efficient and helpful, food was great and fairly quick. Great portion sizes too. (The biscuits are probably the best appetizer at any chain restaurant) Definitely happy to put this restaurant as one of my few 5 star reviews.

We didn't get our silverware when we was seated. The tablets on the tables was filthy dirty. You could see food and finger prints all over them.. waitress quoted me one quote for crab legs and I was charged 6 dollars more than what she said . The biscuits was burnt and the cole slaw had no flavor at all. We was the 2nd customer in the door at the opening of the day.

Worst red lobster I ever been too …. I’m from Missouri and ours taste so much better … got stuffed mushrooms they were dry as a desert… couldn’t even eat it waste of money …. And the flounder was so little and dry and curled up … lmao looked like a dam gold fish smh the waiter was nice tho .

My family and I had never eaten Red Lobster before, so this was a first time experience for us all. Red Lobster of Zanesville did not disappoint! Very clean, fast bringing our food, and courteous staff. We had no wait. We will definitely be back!
