We have not been to a Bone Fish since our vacation to Florida a few years ago. We decided to try the Polaris location and it was AMAZING from the staff to the food! The hostess was so nice when seating us. Our waitress Kayla was awesome and very attentive and don't get me started on the food! Delicious!!! Our appetizer, main course, and dessert and drinks were EXCELLENT!!! Highly recommend!!!

The salmon was cooked well. The mashed potatoes were plain. The green beans were cold. I warmed the plate in the microwave in order to enjoy this meal which was delivered to me. I also warmed the cookies in the microwave. I recommend dining in for this meal in order to enjoy it.

Im not sure. Ever restaurant does something different for that holiday. I'd just call in and ask.
We did not make a reservation and had a 30-40 minute wait but when seats opened up at the bar, we took those instaed and cancelled our name off the wait list for the dining room. Sit at the bar if you are dining alone or with 1-2 other people, it's worth it.
It pops up everyone once in awhile on the chef special, call ahead for the weeks chef special.

I don't look for a burger when I go on a date. I usually get a lobster or steak.
