I've been a loyal customer since day one. However the past year has seen declining service for me. They can't seem to get the drinks right. Today was my last try Waited 25 minute's in line, only 4 cars and 2 gals working both windows Again my order was wrong. Didn't notice it until after I left. I spent $6.30 before tip for a 16 oz mocha that ended up being a vanilla latte
