First they forget my side of seasoned potatoes so I go back through the drive thru then once I get home I find out my sandwich is also wrong. I paid for a more expensive sandwich that I did not receive. My order was three items and they still managed to mess up 2 out of 3 of those items

The order was wrong (but those things happen). The food was hot & greasy as expected. What was NOT expected was how bad it tasted. I thought it might be me, but my wife mentioned that hers was lousy too.

I was pleased with my dining experience there. The food is delicious & the $5 Biggie Bag is a great deal. The only thing that bothered me (and remember, I'm a little older & not super tech savvy) was the fountain drink machine. It was unlike anything I've seen before and there were no instructions on how to use it. I stood there for a good 5 minutes until I figured out how the thing worked. For us older and/or non-tech peoples, I think some instructions would be helpful. Otherwise, I had a great dining experience.
