This place is very well run! Steve is super knowledgeable and his crew is too. Equipment more expensive than Handy Andy but they have a wider selection of equipment and the equipment is newer so it is a better overall value proposition.

Aurora Rents in Greenlake is a great place to rent your everyday needs, or things for events as well. They have it all, from tables and chairs, to construction tools and more. Their staff is very friendly and their prices are really good compared to other local renting places. They have parking both inside and outside of the compound, but they are quick to coordinate getting you what you need and loading it up. Would highly recommend coming here if you need to rent things for big parties as well.

Excellent service, and super helpful staff. Their willingness to troubleshoot heaters and power sources during a recent house emergency was so helpful, and during a really stressful time. Because I couldn’t get the heaters to work properly with my power supply, they charged me only a small portion of what they could have, and allowed me time to try and find a solution. Much appreciated!!

The online reservation process requires you to call in to convert the quote into a reservation, so the we can make sure the items you need are available. I apologize if this wasn't clear. If you need wall jacks, it looks like our Shoreline and Lake City Stores have availability.

Typically you can return small items to other stores, but they prefer you return them to the original store you rented the item from. But it doesn't always happen.
