Rafael is fast & accurate; I had called ahead, arrived within several minutes, had the battery replaced in my watch in just a few moments. Cleaned the case and strap, and the cost was very reasonable. Thanks Rafael. As someone once said: "I'll be back".

Hi, I have an Orient Triton automatic watch that is running about 10 seconds slow per day. I have been wearing the watch for around 6 months. Can you adjust it so that it keeps better time? I'm looking to get 2-4 seconds per day.
