The workers seemed to care more about the cars in the drive thru more than my family standing in front of them! We ordered our food and waited 15-20 minutes before we got it and there wasn't anybody else inside! They paid more attention to the drive thru and kept the cars moving! The woman working the drive thru, who was apparently filling it from another Jack in the Box (so she said) was very loud and rude to the other workers! There are several other places to go for a bite in area!

This is the only 24 hour place in poulsbo to Kingston (besides gas stations) so as someone who works nights I will come here in hopes that they Will actually be open. Says 24 hours but they either put their car or a chair in front of the drive through or there are updates all the time or they simply will just not say anything when you drive through. It’s just a waste of gas and time to come here after midnight. The very few times they were actually open the food was fine and the service was fine. But honestly don’t even chance it they have done this for YEARS so I don’t think anything will ever be done about it.

Drive thru was tremendously slow. I was asked to pull around to the front of the building to wait for my food. There I found 4 other cars waiting for their food orders as well. It seemed they just tell everyone to pull around to wait. I am sure it is all to make the drive thru times appear better. We'll that is OK until you forget to give me anything I asked for at the window. Nothing like getting back to the hotel to find you got shorted on the dipping sauce for your chicken. If you want to have people pull around to give you better timed then you should at least make sure you are giving them what they ordered.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Super slow staff. Well, it was honestly disappointing and truly sad because I actually like Jack in the box. Maybe it's because it was almost 2am but even still I feel that is no excuse especially when working in fast food. Also the staff looked like they're freezing in there, almost like the owner is to cheap to even pay for heat for his staff. Also the drive thru worker wasn't wearing gloves and that's concerning to me! Very long wait time, over 25min for 3 standard meals. We actually had to pull around to the front, and these were basic meals! I don't think I'll be coming back here again any time soon.
