Terrible service, waited 20 mins in the drive-through just to order (there wasn’t even a line the guy just didn’t come to the speakerphone). Then they took forever to give us our order and it ended up being wrong! The workers are terrible

Excellent service; however, the chicken tenders tasted like fish & were " greasy". Perhaps the chicken was cooked in stale shrimp grease. I won't eat there again!!🤮

Me and my mom went through the drive up today at 9:55 pm . As we was sitting for 5 minutes my mom noticed the the cook was touching the food with no gloves and also was working the drive up. My mom asked her to put gloves on but she ignored us . When we ask to speak to the manager his attitude wasn’t any better . My mom let him know that as a paying customer the kitchen floor shouldn’t look so nasty . He told my mom that she should be worried about the kitchen floor because the food it coming out the fryer not the floor I have a Food Saftey License if I was the health instructor I would close the store down asap ! Everyone need to be retrained especially the manger!

I have to admit that Popeye's chicken is an indulgence. Ordered four piece spicy chicken. It is so tasty and juicy! The red beans and rice is legit. Cole slaw is excellent and the fries and biscuit are good too. Also decor is not the usual fast food decor ... check out the spice jars! Staff here are also very nice.
