The customer service is great and parking is easy. The manager Timothy is kind and helpful. Nice amenities and the restaurant/bar is good. Admittedly, the rooms are small. The overall facility is the draw, not the individual rooms so much. The art & sculpture galleries on the lower level is a nice bonus(though that technically is the UMCG art collection). There have a permanent and temporary artist exhibits. Overall, a comfortable place to stay and visit.

Honestly. It's just decent. The rooms are bad, thr layout I am not a fan of. Thr shower is bad as well. Giant drain that runs the length of the shower. Youre constantly stepping on it. Your window literally faces another wing of the building and other rooms windows, so make sure tk draw your blinds. The restaurant is nice though

Room was very small for the price and location, I haven't seen rooms that small except for downtown city hotels, they are nicely appointed and the people are very nice, but given the choice I would probably find somewhere else to stay in the area.

Positive: The rooms were small, but the conference center lobby had great seating options where groups could gather. Rooms equipped with mini-fridges & the lobby offered a microwave & water bottle filling station for guest use. Great laundry & exercise facilities Negative: Lighting overall could be improved. Too many individual light switches. Armoire/closet was dark. No night-light option in bathroom.
