They allow drivers to double dip on each costumer's delivery time so food is delayed by a lot. Customer service is ignorant and useless. My food, which couldn't be reheated, was delivered cold and after contacting these people, they did absolutely nothing, even when I ended up in hospital the next morning due to severe food poisoning! Even reported them to the BBB and same lack of concern. Next, I’ll be reporting them to the Health Department. They’re getting sued by several states (check BBB), so don’t use their service and let’s shut this scam place down!

Door dash Driver never delivered my food, customer service claimed that the restaurant cancelled my order and we’re to refund or credit my account with in five business days, it’s been five business days already and no money credited to my account, also door dash keep claiming that the restaurant is responsible for that. According to Panera; door dash driver picked the order from their location, to Panera the order had been completed. Door dash representative over the phone; admitted that the wrong driver picked the food from Panera on 3/29/22 I (when I place the order) Today’s day 04/07/22 A Door dash representative keeps claiming that the restaurant cancelled the order and want me to keep waiting to get my money back, I have been transferred to different representatives but still no solution to the problem.

Did not pay attention to our delivery instructions: call a second phone number upon delivery (the first number—in the system—was inactive at the time). Did not call the first number. Texted the first number that they delivered and to expect a photo of the drop point—never received. The delivery person could have used the call box to phone us (the second number) or, if someone exited the building at the time they delivered, they could have walked to our apartment. This isn’t the first time this happened. Requested a refund after an hour lapsed. DoorDash is NOT reliable.

I have used Door Dash a few times and the last two times I ordered Door Dash the order was delivered half complete. I called the restaurant to confirm that they received the proper order and both times they confirmed that half the order was still sitting at their restaurant. The Door Dash policy is NOT to resolve the error (meaning NOT to ask the driver to return to the restaurant and re-deliver the full food order). But rather the Door Dash policy is to offer a refund to my credit card for 5-7 days from now (really? Who does that? So they can hold on to my money?) or to issue an immediate Door Dash credit (not interested in that). So I definitely won't be using Door Dash anymore. Coincidentally, I have seen lots of requests recently to use local restaurant drivers and support local restaurants in this manner, and I imagine there is much better customer service when interacting with the restaurant directly.

No you don't. Go into the office and give them your full name on your dasher account and they'll replace it.
