The staff were rude, and insisted that they know better than anyone. The layout was confusing with sections seemingly intermixing. The price and selection isn't even particularly good. I only went as I was in the area, and I don't think I will be coming back even if I am in the area.

Horrible service. However one worker one employee went above and beyond to help me when no one else would. I was told by a manager that coupons could be changed at any time when I asked him to see their policy he told me that was for only employees to see. I asked him how are we supposed to know policies and he said that was the way it is. I did ask to call corporate and he refused and kept going back in his office and I was booking corporate at 8 finally came back out and I'm a very nice voice this time said that he would honor at this time. Funny how we backtrack real quick

I have gone there to buy tropical fish and the last 6 times have been horrible. I have had aquariums for 63 years and just want to buy fish, not be so called educated by someone working there. A little so called knowledge really is a dangerous thing and when you add attitude it makes for a really bad experience. And this last time, the staff refused to sell me the fish I asked to buy because they said I needed to upgrade to a much larger tank. Again, I have real knowledge thru experience and I have had this particular kind of fish for years. The only reason I even go there is it is close BUT not any longer. They have lost my business completely.

Blatant animal abuse ! This ball python pictured below is currently being tortured at your location. 100F temps, 0 humidity and no water in the enclosure. This animal is obviously very dehydrated and in poor conditions. Please correct immediately. If not corrected I will report immediately that Petco is engaging in blatant animal abuse across all of social Media as well to ASPCA. This animal deserves better. You can do better. Now.
