To the owner, I would like to sit down with you an explain the level of disrespect that your shift leader/manager displayed this evening when placing an order in the drive through. I don’t think it’s appropriate to call out this individual here and would like to sit down with you for 5 mins to go over the lack of customer service and sheer disrespect shown this evening.

The girl working the window dropped my change I was paying for my bill with proceeded to ask me for more money when I had already given her the correct amount. I personally have worked at multiple fast food restaurants and when change gets dropped by me grabbing it you don't blame the customer and ask them for more money. Very unsatisfied and the wait time is outrageous!! They need better stuff and more hands on mangers at this location. She end up walking my food out to me anyway so she could have grabbed the change that she had dropping but she didn't she left it on the ground.

Don't care for this location. My wife and I have traveled to every state in the US except Alaska and we frequently visit Dairy Queen. My wife likes to order a banana split blizzard even though it frequently is not displayed on the menu. She has always received what she has requested without issue. At this location she got what she asked for, but was charged extra for chocolate sauce, strawberries and pineapple. Why? They already had these ingredients and all they did was mixed them with vanilla ice cream just like most of the other blizzards. This is ridiculous! We won't go back.

Went for dinner today, we were the only 2 people in the dining room. We ordered two #1's and a blizzard. It was a 24 minute wait for a melted blizzard, stale buns, brown lettuce, and frys that tasted like they'd been out all day. I will not be back to this building. Dairy queen is usually amazing but this was something else entirely.
