Beyond disappointed in my order today. My partner placed an online order under Laura for 6:30. I arrived to pick up the order at 6:30 and announced i was there for Laura. I was sat and waited for 20 minutes and then approached the desk to be told that our last pizza (of two) was sitting behind him on the table...and it was half made with no one actively making it. This entire time I'm watching people come and go with their pizzas well after I arrived. It's about 6:55 now and I placed the order for 6:30 pick up at 5:43. At 7:00 he finally finishes making the pizza and sends me with just the pizzas without any of our sides drinks or desserts. So i had to come back in to get the rest of our order. We weren't offered anything to make this right, just a half hearted "sorry". As of now I would absolutely not recommend this place. Part of working in customer service, is knowing that when you make a mistake like that, you make it right. I try not to be a Karen, but these guys were just not on it at all tonight.

Just waited in lobby watching them make my pizza and my son's pizza that is special GF crust. The lady after making the GF pizza put it on the counter and created cross contamination. First when making GF pizza if it is meant for an allergy it might be wise to educate your staff about Celiac. There is ways to make GF pizza here to keep it free of cross contamination. The lady sort of became put out. The manager did fix it but body language stated that he was also annoyed. If it is a huge problem. Maybe don't offer it? They did fix it which is why I'm giving 3 stars instead of 2. That is truly my only disappointment. Usually they have been very good about keeping it separate. This time around they didn't seem to care. Customer service could have been better.
