Location was super convenient. Sad that there was construction going on and the car dealership next door had car alarms going off about every few hours day and night. The room had some literal scorch marks from prior guests which hadn't been repaired yet. Would stay again for convenience to activities.

I've stayed in Best Westerns for many, many years and have only had an issue in the last few years. I'm not sure if their quality standards are just going down or what but it hasn't been pleasant. Firstly, the staff the counter when we arrived was super rude. Strangely so, in fact. Didn't really think anything of it and went to our rooms. One of our rooms was fine. The other...was disgusting. -The beds may or may not have been completely cleaned. The surfaces had CLEARLY not been cleaned off as they still have crumbs and some random debris from the previous guests. -The remote, which they put in this nice little covering saying they've cleaned it, was still covered in some sort of gunk and grease like someone had been eating chips and handling it. -The closet doors didn't open properly to access the hanging area and the safe. On the front of closet doors there are mirrors which has some sort of mystery residue that dripped down the front of them. -The couch looks like it belongs in a dumpster. Truly gross enough that no one wanted to use it. Several stains all over it and had a rather musty stench. -The smoke detector had been pulled down out of the ceiling and wrapped in a T shirt or pillow case it looked like. Likely from a previous guest wrapping it up to smoke or something. So that was a nice worry. Now, once we mentioned this to the counter the woman got rather snappy with us, the guests, about how it will be handled. She told us she would send up someone to look at the smoke detector(which never happened) and that there was nothing that could be done about switching rooms or cleaning. The most she could do is give our information to the manager to be contacted Monday to discuss a refund. Which of course never happened and we are still waiting. As someone who's worked in a hotel I can typically sympathize with the workers. However, when they do absolutely nothing to fix a clear problem with their rooms it leaves a bad taste in the mouth for future consideration of staying at these hotels. EDIT: And then, after reviewing the information and admitting their mistake, they still do not offer us a refund or partial refund. Ridiculous management.

Stayed the weekend in the king bedroom. Room was okay. Wish the sofa turned into a sofa bed. The bathroom was tiny. The door was about half an inch from the toilet, took some Tetris tricks to get inside and close the door. Breakfast was also decent. Not a large variety of things at all but we got full so thatβs good Pool had no towels, and the rooms only had 2 big towels for the entire weekend stay. Went to ask front desk for more and they only had 2 floor towel mats avail As towels.

We have been staying at the Best Western on the port due to plumbing issues at home, and I just want to give them a good review! Family friendly, HUGE tasty continental breakfast! Best I ever encountered. They even had a cocoa bar the kids were pretty excited about thatπ, nice pool , hot tub, sauna , full size workout room, cable ,beautiful scenery, spacious clean rooms, late checkouts, flavored expresso/coffee machine in lobby (complementary). It was decently priced too! We had a fun staycation. The kids are hoping our plumbing isnβt fixed today lol

We got a room with jacuzzi tub and fire place. The room was awesome. (side note: The breakfast quality was sub-par, I wouldn't bother with it. I had heard the staff are really great, we must have had a bad night.)
