Highly recommend stopping by this store for all things sewing and embroidery. The staff who work here are amazing. So friendly and willing to help any way they can. Giselle helped me purchase my machine and has always been there when I needed help, she’s amazing! John is the service tech guy, can’t say enough good things about him and his work. If I could give this place 10 stars it wouldn’t be enough!!

I love this place! My brother se1900 decided it was going to give me an error code. I gave them a call and Kristi’s husband (the mechanic) knew exactly what it was. I brought my machine in right after I got off the phone and they were able to fix it right there! I was able to come home and finish my step sons puff quilt for his birthday tomorrow! Yay!!! Anyways, the customer service and the quality of the workers there far exceed this place! Allbrands has some great people there! Thank you again for all the help!

Hi Pat, We have an instructor is our Baton Rouge Louisiana location, but not currently in San Antonio. We will be on the lookout for an instructor. Also you tube is very good for tutorial videos.
