Booked my car online, walked in, and was out the door with a car in about 15 minutes. Morgan at the front desk was helpful and friendly and even upgraded me to a badass yellow Jeep. I got to drive around Portland for a week with California plates, basically incognito, sowing discourse. Dropoff was even faster. I was out in under five minutes. It's helpful that everything is digital, so I've got copies of everything in my inbox.

From the very beginning of my car buying journey my salesperson was absolutely awemazing. They helped me find the style of car I wanted and the best part was they drove the car to me. I live about 2.5 hours from the nearest Enterprise Car Sales lot so the salesperson driving the car to me was SUPER helpful. And if that wasn't enough everyone I talked to at Enterprise was kind, responsive, and helpful. This is definitely me go to from now for cars.

I had a wonderful experience returning and renting vehicles from this Enterprise Location. I was assisted by both Taylor and Zak. Taylor assisted me on both occasions when I arrived, she was always very warm, friendly and professional. Where other car rental places might make you feel like an inconvenience, she really takes her time to make you feel like you're a special customer. She really made this a memorable experience and will definitely be using Enterprise again in the future because of her. Zak assisted me when I called in to the location because of some confusion on the rental agreement, and he was able to explain to me the situation and listened to my complaints on a few issues and he helped me out even though he didn't have to. And that's amazing customer service, he was great, I really appreciate him going above and beyond for me. I rented a Chevrolet Malibu from here, a little low on power but it was a very comfortable and quiet ride, had apple carplay and had great handling characteristics. Would def recommend the Malibu to others.
