Applied for the position of shop labor. Went and did a d tour of the facility and had a second interview with Austin and Troy which went awesome good people of the company. The second interview with mr. Cox was not what I expected very unprofessional and judgmental I was in and out of the interview in back in my vehicle in less than 15 minutes. He did not interview me for more than 10 minute. I had put a friend as a reference and I got told by Elizabeth that a friend would cover up for another friend which is not very professional. Got denied the position because they couldn't get ahold of one of m previous employers.

I applied for the Quality technician position. I didn't get the job. No because I wasn't the candidate for the position. It was because the can predict the future of how long somebody is going to work for there company. First time in my I've ever heard that. I have attached the email that was sent to me.

What skills so I need to have to wrk for this company. I saw the hiring sign for apprentice position. Am really interested in applying for this company.

No skills required, just the willingness to work. Check out there website or just google, “Cox Manufacturing apprenticeship” and that should give you all the info needed.

On the website it says must be able to work 1st shift and an off shift what does that mean? Overnight? Evening shift ? Rotating shifts? Also are employees working 24hrs?

Thank you, Miguel, for asking about employment at Cox Mfg. For apprentices, we train on 1st shift then send the apprentice to 2nd or 3rd (usually the apprentices preference) for a few months. Then, the person returns to 1st shift for more training. Apprentices take turns working 3-6 months on an off-shift - this is the most fair way we know how to cover off-shifts. 2nd shift is 3-11 pm; 3rd is 11 pm-7 am. We are a 24 hour (3 shift) shop. I would invite you to come in to fill out an application as soon as you can. I would be glad to try to match you with one of our many job openings. Many people have made a great career working here. We also have an excellent benefit package, including a matching 401k. - David, HR Mgr.

Yes

I applied last week spoke with the hiring manager named David I have many years of cnc operator experience. I was told that I need to go thru two more interviews but have not heard anything yet. How long does the hiring process take?

Usually 1 week or a week and a half. I can not speak for HR, but I would try calling up here and asking for Sean or David and they will let you know where they are at on interviews. We had a holiday week that might have set them back a bit.
