Someone told me they could no longer take payments over the phone. IF they could, it would have to be through my rep. My rep has never been present when I've called. Then someone else tried to take my payment over the phone after a few dry jokes. I told them I would make a payment online. He said he would let me rep know. He didn't. When I returned their call, I got "I'm sure we did call, but we have over 200 accounts, so...." Get it together!

The phone number from this company pops up on your caller ID as a potential scam. They called for my wife numerous times and when I ask who this is they avoid the question as much as possible. Finally after questioning them they say account services like anyone is supposed to know who they are. When they do get to speak to the person they ask for your personal information like your name social and other stuff. I'm sorry we don't give personal information out over the phone especiallyto a potential scam number. When you won't give them your personal information they get extremely rude fast. First of all tell me why you are calling with detail then maybe I will talk to you. You cannot expect us to give you our personal information after you dont give us your info.. especially when everyone is getting tons of scam calls these days from vehicle warranty to health insurance and computer services and much more. Your attitude on the phone determines my attitude talking to you. If you want to be professional and respectful I will talk to you all you want but when you are rude I will be rude. Call me back when you have a real professional working there.

Yeah, I'm not answering the phone, you're blocked by my phone spam app. If I was going to pay off whatever you're calling about, I'd answer the phone. Stop harassing me. ✋🏻
