I love this place. No matter who you get the beautiful, intelligent mother or the down to Eaeth quick witted straight to the point son. They treat you with respect and dignity. Not like the other Pawn Shops who just treat customers like addicts at Ace they have empathy and compassion because they understand people get in a pinch and need some extra funds to help them out in daily life situations that weren't planned. They are very knowledgeable about their products and make their customers feel comfortable and trusting. #1 Pawn Shop in Columbus. PS I would encourage everyone to stop in and check out their beautiful affordable priced jewelry selection and huge selection of any and every tool under the sun not to mention the guns for my people who get into the right to bear arm. Lastly just go in and look a lot of many many artifacts, collectibles and one of a kind treasures and finds. Really neat place my favorite is the old cash register. I would give them 10 stars if I could. So if your looking to be treated with honesty and informative about items they are the place to go. You won't be low balled or ripped off at ACE.

Not a bad place but they weren't interested in my laptop. Laptops become dated so quickly anymore. Mine is about 8 years old and even though it is probably still a good basic laptop it would be difficult for them to resell based on it's age.

Very good question / statement! If you don’t mind I will attempt to answer it for everybody! We are a higher end Pawn Shop not a thrift store. Yes we do take guns and gold like every other pawnshop but we also pay more then anyone else also! We also take electronics tools lawn equipment BUT we try to stay with higher end brands. That is for a couple of reasons: 1) in the end we are a business and to stay in business we have to make money 2) space limitation doesn’t allow me to take everything in 3) I have a very specific clientele that I cater to and my customers prefer higher quality items. Don’t get me wrong everyone is welcome in my pawn shop, but when you walk in you see the difference between my shop and the rest of them. It looks nice like a jewelry store, smells nice, bright lights, amazing customer service, good music, everything is organized, clean, and great prices!!! 4) lastly, we treat people with respect and dignity So this is how we stay in business

Ohio law works like this: you get 3 months and after that the pawnbroker has to send you a notice which entitles you for another 30 days from the day it was sent. So, total time comes to be 4 months or longer
