I have lived in Buckley for a little over a year now and I get someone else's mail every week and never receive my packages I usually get lucky and someone comes and give it to me but not this time also this is the second delivery on the same order and the driver messed up once again and the second time the person that received decided to keep it and the company will not give refund because why would they believe that I don't have twice when it says it's been delivered to my home so now because of the horrible drivers that can't read address I'm out a ton of money and I can't do anything about it

The buckley post office is AWESOME!!! The staff there does the very best they can with the limited amount of people they have working there. Sometimes in the afternoons (during the holidays) the line gets pretty long, which is expected when everyone and their mother is trying to mail stuff out. The people working the windows always go as fast as they can and are very patient. For all of you that left one star reviews, they probably don't like you either, drive 30 minutes to a different post office if you don't like it.

Terrible slow service, they drop mail in the wrong mail boxes all the time, rude employees, extremely erratic hours, they take 2hr lunch breaks from 1230-230pm so no service at all during that time period, I've seen them snap at a very old man that couldn't reach up to his top row PO box and was asking for help but they never did so a customer helped him. Honestly if this place wasn't like 2 blocks away I would just drive to Bonney Lake or Enumclaw to avoid the hassle.

My parents had put the wrong zip code on a package to me and it ended up at the USPS office in Buckley, WA instead of my town. The post office representative in Buckley that I spoke with was extremely helpful and friendly. I am grateful for her help getting my delivery sorted out.

Not sure. Youd have to ask at the local post office
I've seen it happen 4 times same customer and carrier and was on the phone for over an hour to make an complaint and no answer
Depends. If you live in town where there is not any street delivery, it is a $6 key deposit. Otherwise, the number 2 size is $60 for six months or 120 for a year. The price is going up at the end of the month.
I think they are, it might just be the the side door that you knock on for packages. Sorry I can't be of more help I haven't gone on Saturday mornings for quite a while
I don't think so, but there is at the library, almost next door.
