Good luck….Doctor was great. The business and office staff is highly incompetent. I have been getting bills left and right and been trying to pay them. The online pay portal doesnt work. Best of luck calling and getting a hold of someone. The billing phone number answer voicemail is full and auto hangs up. When I finally got a hold of someone, I was transferred to the 3rd party IT manager who obviously couldnt help. Good medical care, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE back end service….

I have been going here for 16 years now. My first neurologist Dr. Chen found me in the ICU and brought me in and found the right medications for me and my seizures. I loved her but a few years later she moved and I became Dr. Young's patient and she's kept up great with me and she is a wonderful woman.

We don't have pediatric neurologists. You can call Texas Child Neurology in Frisco. We work well with them.
